Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in banking and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and support audits while ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger management, and month-end closing.

Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and banking-related reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, fund transfers, BGs, LCs, and other banking activities.

Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA Inter preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally / ERP / GST / TDS).

Experience in banking operations such as loan processing, reconciliations, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, financial analytics, and reporting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

4–10 years of experience in accounting.

Mandatory experience handling banking operations or working in a bank/financial institution.

1.4+ years of software development experience

2. Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines in cloud-native environments.

3. Hands-on with NATS for event-driven architecture and streaming.

4. Skilled in microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerized app performance optimization.

5. Strong in problem-solving, team collaboration, clean code practices, and continuous learning.

6.  Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask) for building scalable applications and APIs.

7. Focus: Java, Python, Kubernetes, Cloud-native development

Customer Support Roles

1. Customer Support Representative: Handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides product information via phone, email, or chat. Should be good in English and Hindi

2. Customer Service Agent: Provides assistance and support to customers, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Help Desk Support: Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues for customers, providing timely and effective solutions.

Chat Process Roles

1. Chat Support Agent: Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues via live chat, providing quick and accurate solutions.

2. Live Chat Representative: Engages with customers in real-time, addressing their concerns and providing support through live chat platforms.

3. Virtual Customer Support Agent: Handles customer support requests via chat, email, or social media, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for building the back-end of web applications.
• Strong knowledge and experience in React.js for front-end development.
• Expertise in MongoDB for database design and management.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Ability to work with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Responsible for assisting in the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
• Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
• Champions a structured approach to business application solutions.
• Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture.
• Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions.
• Influences changes to standards when necessary.
• Assists domain architecture team on solutions management and timing of financial spend for application solutions.
• Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios.
• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
• Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
• Provides analysis of security protection technologies as necessary.

UI Developer :

Experience in developing Web Applications/websites using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap4 or above is essential

Experience in CSS preprocessors like Less, Sass

Experience in developing Responsive and Mobile First design products/websites using wireframes & mock-ups is essential

Experience in tailwind CSS is a must (config, create custom util function)

Experience in the latest design principles and animations is essential

Experience in Photoshop / Sketch tools and collaborative products like Invision / Figma is desirable

A fair understanding of JavaScript programming / Jquery is essential

Experience in working with React

Good knowledge of web standards and SEO principles is desirable
