Responsibilities:

·      - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both online and offline sales channels.

·      - Generate leads and drive sales through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing methods.

·      - Manage and nurture relationships with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

·      - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.

·      - Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

·      - Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

·      - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate new business.

·      - Provide training and support to junior sales staff.

Qualifications:

·      - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·      - 3 years of experience in online and offline marketing with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

·      - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

·      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      - Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

·      - Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

·      - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Full Stack Developer to join us. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, JavaScript and its related technologies, as well as a passion for developing efficient and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable applications using Python, Django, DRF, FastAPI and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js
• Analyze business requirements and develop software solutions to meet those needs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Test software solutions to ensure they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in the software
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Python development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in developing applications using Python, Django, DRF or FastAPI.
• At least 2 years of experience in using front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Jquery, React or Vue.js
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Proven working experience of minimum 3+ Years in Android app development (Min 2Yrs. experience in Kotlin)

- Have strong knowledge in Kotlin and Java.

- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
