Roles and responsibilities -

• Design specific pages for Devaseva Campaigns - aesthetic aspects from the brief given by the campaigns head, Work on basic content for pages based on suggestions from the business/marketing team.
• Create user flows & design landing pages for our campaigns.
• Create required illustrations to increase visual appeal.
• Conceptualize and design video collaterals and illustrations for marketing campaigns, Perform storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering, and other post-production processes.
• Understand the unique needs of each campaign and suggest relevant video styles based on the campaign objectives.
• Most of the work will be creating visuals for Facebook, Instagram, website, and digital media.
• Design requirements for emailers, infographics, social media posts, and promotional campaigns showcasing the work to the donors of Devaseva.
• Exploring design requirements and brainstorming about various creative options and solutions.
• Working on the consistency of Devaseva's image in the media in terms of typography, colours, and tone of voice.
• Maintaining and organising files and designs in a neat and consistent manner. Digital typography, Aesthetic design sense, Exceptional creative qualities.

Required Skills -

• Working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (Premiere Pro Optional), or any popular tools available in the market.
• At least 1-2 years of visual design experience, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.

• Education or experience/ interest in similar industries would be highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Graphics and Motion Design.
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or any related field

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience in design, architect, developing and delivering
• cross platform Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Forms applications
• using Microsoft Visual Studio/VS for MAC.
• Mobile application development fundamentals (Android/iOS - Xamarin)
• Experience in designing and developing custom controls for Android, Windows
• and iOS.
• Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS and intermediate knowledge of
• front-end GUI design and development.
• Working knowledge of data parsing, storing and related patterns.
• Strong in C#, the .NET framework and object oriented programming patterns and
• practices.
• Expertise in MVVM pattern. Code sharing patterns such as dependency service,
• service locator.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object orientation design.
• Knowledge on Agile and Scrum approach is must.
• Demonstrate ability to apply Microsoft Practices and Patterns as guided by the
• Architect.
• Knowledge of Drawing Library will be an added benefit.
• Good to have experience in Unit Test case writing, JSON formation and parsing.

• Assist/Perform Unit Testing and Bug fixing.
• Understanding client requirement and suggest optimised solutions.
• Code refactoring as per the TDD(Test Driven Development) guidelines.
• Keeping the project and libraries upto date with latest available
• Integrating external library into existing code base as per client requirements.
• Deploy application to store and App center.

• Building a whole IT network or setting up a PC and access permissions for a new hire, providing technical support the organization’s day-to-day operations. This process involves both hardware and software setup.
• Conducting basic induction IT training of new employee in organization. Also often interaction and timely provide training to end users who may not be familiar with the finer points of IT.
• Responsible for liaising with affected stakeholders, identifying the problem, devising a solution, and implementing that fix.
• Handling updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas.
• Providing support by telephonic or skype to the out locations staff and ensuring to fix up the problem within a timeline e.g. VPN issues
• Vendor Management – checking and processing the bills without any error. Also ensuring to be made payment on time for smooth operation in daily work
• Working with IDAM ticketing tool and log/assigning calls and resolving as per priority
• Taking care of AMC/Warranty of all company infrastructure.
• Maintaining Asset Register and keeping record of IT equipment.
• Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.

• Troubleshooting & configuring on Microsoft outlook & Web mail.
• Escalating complex problem to supervisor and appropriate support specialists
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Local and Network Printers

• Taking care of all other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• Desktop and Laptops support for troubleshooting of win XP, Win 7, win 8, win 10, ubuntu.
• Installation of servers 2008, 2012.
• Working with  Arc server Backup solution Restoring and Backup wizard.
• Keeping track of all the IT Infra assets with tagging and submitting report to finance team for audit of infrastructure assets.
• Antivirus updating, configuring, schedule scanning.
• Onsite support
• Working with nutanix hypervisor like create new server, configuration new server (memory, storage , cpu , network)    take snapshot, snapshot restore, etc
