Key Responsibilities
As an early team member, you will get a chance to set the foundations of our engineering culture. You will help articulate our engineering
principles and help set the long-term roadmap. Making decisions on the evolution of CashFlo's technical architectureBuilding new features end to end, from talking to customers to writing code.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
3+ years of full-time DevOps engineering experience
Hands-on experience working with AWS services
Deep understanding of virtualization and orchestration tools like Docker, ECS
Experience in writing Infrastructure as Code using tools like CDK, Cloud formation, Terragrunt or Terraform
Experience using centralized logging & monitoring tools such as ELK, CloudWatch, DataDog
Built monitoring dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana
Built and maintained code pipelines and CI/CD
Thorough knowledge of SDLC
Been part of teams that have maintained large deployments

What are we looking for
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in modern DevOps tools and practices, particularly in managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native environments. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support our development and operations teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related fields.
- Advanced expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Solid experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
- Proficient with GitHub for version control, repository management, and workflows.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- In-depth understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities in agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications:

Job Description
● Research, evangelize and implement best practices and tools for GitOps, DevOps, continuous integration, build automation, deployment automation, configuration management, infrastructure as code.
● Develop software solutions to support DevOps tooling; including investigation of bug fixes, feature enhancements, and software/tools updates
● Participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and product support using Scrum and/or other Agile practices
● Evaluating, implementing, and streamlining DevOps practices.
● Design and drive the implementation of fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
● Designing and creating Cloud services and architecture for highly available and scalable environments. Lead the monitoring, debugging, and enhancing pipelines for optimal operation and performance. Supervising, examining, and handling technical operations.
Qualifications
● 5 years of experience in managing application development, software delivery lifecycle, and/or infrastructure development and/or administration
● Experience with source code repository management tools, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Bitbucket, Git, Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, Service Now, Sonarqube, Selenium.
● Minimum of 4 years of experience with approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery, and release of the software
