JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with deep expertise in React and Next.js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building high-quality, scalable web applications and will take ownership of both frontend development and architecture. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust and performant solutions. Your ability to solve complex problems, optimize web performance, and mentor junior developers will be key to success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Next.js.
• Architect and optimize web pages for speed and scalability.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless front-end and back-end communication.

As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the product:  

• Help define and create full stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring 
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs 
• Participate in code reviews to create robust and maintainable code 
• Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life 
• Interact with other stakeholders for requirement, design discussions and for adoption of new features 

• Communicate and coordinate with our support and professional services teams to solve customer issues 
• Help scale our platform as we expand our product across various markets and verticals globally

Essential Skills & Experience

• Must to have minimum of 3 years of experience in using Angular 2+ and above versions.
• Develop modern software applications and working with the team to solution definition and guide teams through execution and implementation
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Must have experience for writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Angular, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Must have knowledge of OOP concepts, industry best practices and architecture designs.
• Must have good understanding of web technology/enterprise level applications.
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API

• Experience should include structured source code management using SVN or GIT and build using MAVEN/Grunt.
