Sr. Product Manager- Connect

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:

Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with

the help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and

inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.

2. Source Relationship Management:

Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by

him in his geography/area.

3. Maintain Reports:

Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the

prescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of

activities.

4. Channel Partner Recruitment:

Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner

5. Team Huddle:

Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining

relationship with customers.

7. Completion of File:

Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and

information

Desired candidate profile:

1. Must be a graduate from any stream. BFSI experience will be given preference.

2. Should have prior experience in BFSI or NBFC sales

3. Open to travel. Must have a Two Wheeler.

4. Must have good communication skills

Responsibilities:

● Promote and sell our products to new and existing customers through effective sales techniques, presentations, and demonstrations.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

● Achieve sales targets and objectives by proactively prospecting and closing sales deals.

● Collaborate with the other GTM teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, discounts, and promotions, to drive revenue growth.

● Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate our offerings.

● Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up to secure customer commitment.

● Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.

● Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our products or services.

● Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for:

● Experience working in software development with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Go, Scala, Python, C/C++.

● Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySql, Postgresql, MongoDB, Cassandra).

● Experience in working with distributed caching (Memcached, Redis, or comparable technology).

Experience in working with distributed messaging technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.

● Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services.

• 3+ years relevant professional experience.   
• Good understanding and a full life cycle project implementation experience with Java / J2EE technologies  
• Hands on experience in core Java 
• Hands on experience in Microservices Architecture patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of application development using Spring.
• Proven experience implementing Java applications in an enterprise environment.
• Fundamental understanding of JavaScript front-end development.

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript   
• Experience upgrading applications from Angular 5 to 6 is a plus. 
• Experience using SOAP or REST APIs   
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Rally, and REST API Clients is a plus.

You must have:

• Experience in the design, development, and deployment of large-scale enterprise applications with multiple tiers
• Exposure on agile test-driven development for robustness, usability, reliability, security and performance.
• Strong technical aptitude for any programming language, preferred, Core JAVA and Spring Boot and other Spring libraries, Eureka, Hystrix etc.
• Experience of creating architecture or developing web services using Open source technologies and to integrate applications with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Solid understanding of OOPS, algorithms and data structures.
• Experience on Kafka / Scala / Storm / Elastic Search and Web Services like RESTful.
• Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems
• Extensive experience with version control systems (Git is preferred) and issue tracking systems (JIRA is preferred)

You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Analyze and resolve performance bottle necks

Technical:

• Expert in Programming using Angular 4/6/8, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ to Entities.
• Should have strong database design and development skills in Relational DBMS and Non-Relational Databases (No SQL).
• Experience in integrations
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies – Agile/Scrum
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Concepts & Whitebox Unit Testing
• Good understanding of Web Security Concepts
• Experience in hosting & maintenance of applications in virtual servers with CI/CD

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Must have experience in product development
