About the Role - We are looking for young and driven professionals to support in developing media campaigns, event planning, content development for government led programs and activities. The Consultant will contribute in creating storyboards, audio-visuals, brochure design and content curation.

Job Responsibilities

·        Assist in analysing data, derive meaningful insights and convert them to storylines

·        Prepare creatives, narrative for audio-visuals, content curation for print and social media marketing

·        Actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build a unified narrative to be represented in Regional, National and Global Forum.

·        Actively support in coordinating state-level and department-level event planning and management activities.

·        Participate in investor meetings, outreach campaigns, and promotional events

Key Skills Required

·        Proficiency in content creation, media campaign, organizing industrial conclaves/events

Good to Have:

·        Experience organizing or involved in planning of state level/national level event.

·        Familiarity with roadshows, investor summits, or content development

·        Basic understanding on AI tools that can be leveraged in content creation.

• Assessing the needs of the customers and employees and developing and conducting training sessions to familiarize and execute the training requirement for the Company, which will help in sustainably grow Straumann business
• Determines training needs and requirements for the Company by meeting with managers, talking with employees and reviews existing training materials available to determine appropriateness and relevance
• Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs. Presents in-person and online training sessions
• Schedules training sessions and manages course enrolment and monitors training program and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as and when necessary
• Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
• Manages costs for all programs
• Monitor and report on industry best practices

About the company: RealmApp is a browser extension for literacy, discovery, and productivity for Web3 users. Users can choose from a range of customisable widgets suiting their stage and role in crypto.

The team comprises experienced crypto entrepreneurs, operators, and stalwarts of the industry as advisors and investors.

Min Requirements:

• Pro at Figma
• 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX role
• Understanding fundamental design concepts such as color theory, typography, and composition
• Ability to collaborate quickly, communicate, and present ideas
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to recognize trends and user feedback
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with other designers

Good to have:

• A general understanding of web and mobile technologies and development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of accessibility and usability guidelines and best practices
• Fundamental knowledge of user experience research and testing methods

Job Description 
We are looking for React Native developers interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Work as a part of a small team to build React Native iOS / Android applications
• Collaborate closely with designer(s) to build the envisioned user experience
• Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UI's across both mobile platforms that match designs
• Integrate with the backend and other third-party APIs
• Work with native modules if required
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms
• Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional, non-internship experience working with React Native
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them
• Knowledge of functional programming and React Hooks
• Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Gradle
