Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Developer with 1-3 year’s experience with strong foundations in Python, databases, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will support the development of AI-powered solutions, focusing on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and database-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and APIs.
• Design and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and performance.
• Work with JSON-based data structures for request/response handling.
• Integrate and manage PostgreSQL (pgSQL) databases, including writing queries and handling data pipelines.
• Collaborate with the product and AI teams to implement new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Python skills and hands-on exposure to AI-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services and supporting AI-powered systems such as LLM integrations, AI agents, and RAG pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for frontend and AI integrations
• Support development of AI-driven features (LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents)
• Design and maintain both monolithic and microservices architectures
• Optimize database performance and backend scalability
• Work with DevOps for Docker-based deployments

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python backend development

Roles & Responsibilities

Writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.

Ultimately, you'll build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs. Write effective, scalable code Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance Integrate user-facing elements into applications.

Requirements

1 to 5 years of experience as a Python Developer

Hands on experience of Flask, Django or Gin or Revel or Sanic

Knowledge of design/architectural patterns will be considered as a plus

Experience working in an agile development environment with a strong focus on rapid software development

Experience in AWS or similar cloud technologies

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

Proven ability to complete assigned task according to the outlined scope and timeline

Experience with messaging frameworks such as SQS/Kafka/RabbitMq

• Set up, manage, automate and deploy AI models in development and production infrastructure.
• Orchestrate life cycle management of AI Models
• Create APIs and help business customers put results of the AI models into operations
• Develop MVP ML learning models and prototype applications applying known AI models and verify the problem/solution fit
• Validate the AI Models
• Make model performant (time and space) based on the business needs
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field 
• A Master’s degree in data analytics, or similar will be advantageous.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in deploying AI models to production
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Good knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Ability to write robust code in Python/ R
• Proficiency in using query languages, such as SQL
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow and libraries such as scikit-learn
• Worked with well know machine learning models ( SVM, clustering techniques, forecasting models, Random Forest, etc.)
• Having knowledge in CI/CD for the building and hosting the solutions
