
Job Responsibility:

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or through other social media platforms, to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. This is a full-time role with the flexibility of working from home. The candidate will work according to U.S. hours Eastern Time (i.e. 6 PM to 3 AM IST)
