Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to flight, hotel, and holiday bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding bookings, refunds, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
• Assist customers with itinerary details, travel requirements, fare rules, and booking processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Ticketing, Operations, Finance) to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure all queries are closed within TAT.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Manage escalations professionally and strive for first-contact resolution.

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

1. Developing new user-facing features using React.js
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5. Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs
6. Handling backend infra written in Next/Node/Express

Skills

1. Strong proficiency in debugging, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
5. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
6. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
7. Knowledge of isomorphic Next js and Node js is a plus
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
10. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
11. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
