Job Title: UI/UX and Graphic Designer
Department: Design
Reports To: Head of Design
Summary:
The UI/UX and Graphic Designer is responsible for the design of user interfaces and graphics for a variety of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices, as well as experience with graphic design software such as Figma. The candidate will also be responsible for handling the company's WordPress website. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products
- Create graphics for marketing materials, social media, and other promotional purposes
- Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create designs
- Collaborate with other designers to create a cohesive look and feel for products and services
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX and graphic design
- Handle the company's WordPress website
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX or graphic design
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices
- Experience with graphic design software such as Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills

MongoDBMinimum Skills :
- Creating RESTful services with Node.js (Express)
- React & React Native
- Mongoose & MongoDB.
Candidate must have good Knowledge of Node Debugging, understanding & proficiency in REST APIs, integration of data storage solutions (NoSQL DB especially MongoDB) and should be comfortable with using Git Repository and Jira.
Preferred Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Ubuntu-based servers
- Hands on experience in deploying on Digital Ocean Droplets
- Hands on experience with google maps integration
