We are looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow-Up and Conversion: Intensively follow up with prospects and close sales within the sales cycle.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Engage leads through email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls to build trust and encourage enrollment.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a high-performance, competitive environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as conversion rates, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success while achieving individual targets

Requires Skills

• Education: A background in Computer Science or a technical field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2C sales.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver persuasive sales pitches.

1. Completed a bootcamp or formal training in UX/UI design 
2. Designed at least 2 mobile apps or websites
3. Thorough understanding of Information architecture, Microcopies, Typography, Material design systems, Cupertino design system, Visual designs, icons and illustrations
4. Conducting user research interviews and design Mood boards
5. UX testing once the product is live
6. Collaborative design workflows using Adobe XD and Framer
7. Documenting your design work based on Style guides
8. Knowledge of Microcopies is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities in the operations workflow to minimize human effort and develop tools around it.

• Build performance metrics dashboards to view the volume, baseline and trending data.
• Build and maintain the knowledge base portal.
• Build automated tests and unit tests and follow standard development practices. Measure, diagnose and improve application performance
• Collaborate with software and network engineers in developing tools.

Skills Required
