Duties and Responsibilities

 Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement

of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to

SLA/KPIs

 Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing

and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies

 Carrying out complex network change events.

 Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario

 Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and

deploy it on ground.

 Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents

 Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link

issues

 Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.

 Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with

OEMs or CSPs.

 Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the

customer

 Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to

the customer

 Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.

Job description: 

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon, India. In this 

role, you will be responsible for building and extending test frameworks for API testing, 

creating test plans and managing automated test suites. We are seeking candidates with 

expertise in Java or C# and a background in test automation.

Basic Qualifications:

● Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java and/or C# programming languages with a 

focus on test automation

● Strong development background on large collaborative projects

● Proven coding skills in C# and/or Java are essential

● Experience with test automation tools such as Junit, Cucumber, Cypress, and 

Selenium

● Ability to achieve a code coverage of over 90% through automation

● Experience in performance engineering using tools like Jmeter is a plus

● Prior experience in the Finance Domain is preferred

Required Skills:

Basic Qualifications

• Create a brand and positioning strategy for the company. Own key P&L goals including TVL, User acquisition, and # users across multiple chains
• Segmentation, targeting, and acquisition strategies across user segments and channels
• Design and implement company brand strategy on social media, including Twitter, Discord, Medium, and Telegram
• Build and execute communications campaigns across different Proof of Staking chains that tell the company story to multiple audiences
• Work with influencers, community to expand the audience and widen the reach of the company
• Design community development and engagement strategies. Manage community managers and implement community strategy
