Job Description

· Design technical specifications for RPA (Uipath) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.

· Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.

· Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

· Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.

· Ensures documentation is well maintained.

· Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.

· Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.

· Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis

· Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.

· Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

· 5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts. Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).

· Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.

· Understands development methodology and lifecycle

· Should be trained on RPA tools (Uipath).

· Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.

· Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• We’re seeking a talented product leader to define and execute against a giant vision that we have for the  logistics sector 

• Deeply understand Porter’s mission and strategies. 

• Lead market, user research; drive innovation, definition, roadmap planning, deliverable tracking and design  of new Porter products and product features to deliver against team and company goals. 

• Requires challenging all members of cross-functional team (engineering, business, design, etc.) to think  boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans. 

• Be data driven: The product design and direction should be based on data (customer behaviour analytics, business metrics etc.). Solicit and embrace critical feedback. 

• Monitor and measure launched products and feed leanings back into product development process. • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to all the stakeholders. 

Skills Required: 

● Software engineering experience and a very sound technical understanding. 

● Have an experience in delivering consumer Internet products from the ideation board to the customer ● Stellar design instincts and product taste 

● Ability to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis and a never ending  desire to grow and learn. 

● Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Product management

• Experience in integrating with various SDKs like Swift
• Significant experience working with react native along with tools like Flux, Flow, Redux, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages
• Strong knowledge of React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state
• A complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle right from prototyping
• Knowledge of type checking, unit testing, typescript, prop types, and code debugging
• Experience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party libraries
• Strong understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of user interface design and responsive designs
• Well-versed in a variety of React Native software and technologies such as Jest, Enzyme, ESLint, and so on
• Understanding of React Native best principles and design aesthetics

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• 5+ years of PostgreSQL DBA experience
