Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data, follow up proactively, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Support in offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Contribute ideas to improve hiring strategies and employer branding.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
• 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience (IT/technical hiring experience is a must).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.

● Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

● Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.

● Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.

● Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.

● Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about open roles.

● Help create and maintain job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.

● Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

● Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.

Job Description:

• Looking for a passionate HR Executive in the Software Industry who understands technology and Interested to learn and grow along with the company.
• Understanding JD brief and sourcing potential candidates
• Handling End to End requirements for Mid-level to Leadership level.
• Sourcing profiles / resumes through multiple sources (head hunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.).
• Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement Coordinate with technical panel and schedule interviews and follow up
• Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner Basic knowledge on Timesheets, Attendance and Leave Management Good knowledge on Onboarding and BGV Process Basic knowledge on Payroll and Statutory compliance.
• Experience on Employee data management, preparation of all HR related letters from joining to Exit process. Knowledge on any HR Software.

• Use highly engaging messaging techniques to improve passive talent conversion
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Talent Mapping & Headhunting.
• Team player, drive execution at self and Team level.
• Build reputation as being reliable TA partner and of having strong business ethics.
