Job Description: 

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team. You will manage our clients’ accounts on Amazon and solve any arising doubts or queries.

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our clients’ accounts in a cohesive way. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our clients’ brands through multiple online selling channels, we would like to make you part of our team. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our clients' marketplace accounts are in order and that their business is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all marketplace accounts and listings.
• Resolve any errors/issues arising in the account.
• Able to create/manage cases and solve complex listing-level issues
• Create and manage the product listings across channels.
• Research keywords, competition, and optimize product listings organically.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and traffic reports.
• Collaborate with the Amazon Ads team to share data analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to address any queries arising from managing the marketplace account.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices

The Impact you will create on the Job

Understand and handle deploying, troubleshooting issues with Compute, Networking, Storage, Database services on AWS & Azure.
IT experience in a team handling the cloud, infrastructure and Linux, Windows operating systems.
Working on  different services in AWS & Azure Cloud Platform
In depth knowledge of a wide range of AWS & Azure services in Compute, Storage, Networking, Infrastructure as a code, Serverless computing, IAM, CI/CD pipelines
Possess a thorough understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS etc.)

• - Strong architecture and design skills and keen business sense.
• - Strong core server-side technologies experience (Java), database design & performance tuning exposure.
• - Strong OO design skills, knowledge of frameworks such as Spring/ Spring Boot/ exposure to functional programming a plus.
• - Good knowledge of nodeJS/ noSQL a definite plus.
• - Good exposure to front end/UI skills (JS, HTML, Angular).
• - Good exposure to configuration management, testing, deployment.
• - Deep knowhow of data structures, algorithms.
• - Hands on development across technologies

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer with hands-on expertise in AWS, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. As a core member of our backend development team, you will design and build scalable cloud-native applications that support high-performance systems and business logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures hosted on AWS.
• Collaborate with DevOps and architecture teams to ensure scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4.5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD, and containerization tools.
• Experience with version control (Git), and deployment tools.

Key Responsibilities

• School sales: Primary responsibility is to sell to schools and bring them onboard

o Tie up with schools and onboard them so that we can offer the plan to the parents in the school

o Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with schools

o Upsell our other payment products in the schools

• Stakeholder Management in Schools:

o Enable Jodo to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to

everything from meeting the parents to doing events etc.

o Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal

and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances

• Team Building- Build a high-quality sales team and lead it in that city

• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Proficient in G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Will be closely working with Engineering Manager.
• Organize, schedule, and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the requirement of meetings.
• Ability to understand organizational workflows and processes.
• Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts; distribute as appropriate.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
• Complete various special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
• Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

•  You will ne Responsible for revamping of existing LMS Platform along with designing and developing new projects.
• Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users for new modules
• Hands on experience in LMS or CRM will be preferred
