Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle: joining formalities, documentation, confirmation, and exits.
• Support performance management initiatives and HR policy implementation.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

· A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital

Key Responsibilities

•  Build, iterate, and enhance mobile applications on Android.
