About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving the strategic growth and commercial success of Company within their assigned territory/Region. • Key Account Ownership: Directly manage relationships with "C-suite" executives and senior procurement heads at top-tier Biopharma and Vaccine companies.
• KOL Development: Cultivate a network of industry influencers and Key Opinion Leaders to position company as a thought leader in the CGT and Bioprocess space.

Horizontal Integration & Operational Excellence

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Applications Team for technical trials, Supply Chain for inventory planning, and Marketing for regional lead-generation events.
• Intelligence Gathering: Synthesize field data and competitor moves into actionable insights for the national leadership team.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Bio-Chemical Engineering. MBA is added advantage.
• Experience: 7–10 years in the Life Sciences/Bioprocess industry, with at least 1–2 years in a people management or team lead role.
