Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi is a must.

• Proficiency in using Zoho Desk software and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and other Google products.

Position Summary:

ILSS is looking to hire a Director to lead the Sales & Outreach vertical. The role would be responsible for building relationships within corporates as well as leading social sector organizations and achieving target intake of high quality candidates for various programs.

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve targets for trained numbers across programs and expand our customer base
• Sensitize senior corporate leaders about social sector awareness. Position Own and hit/exceed annual targets for all training programs
• Partner with customers (Corporates and Social Sector Organizations) to understand their business needs and objectives
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with target organizations
