Engineering Manager

Strong Technical Project Manager / Program Manager / Implementation manager profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years in Project Management / Program management Implementation Engineer/ Consultant with a B2B SaaS company (preferably with enterprise client)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery across multiple teams, including sprint planning, tracking, retrospectives, and release governance using Jira / Confluence

Mandatory (Core Skills) – Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting capability

Mandatory (Note): Not looking for implementation engineer but someone who handles the implementation projects

• Preparing product information and research reports for critical care segment products
• Providing clinical research data, trial information, latest medical trend to team and customers.
• Preparing presentations, MIS, product information brochures, and any other related responsibilities
• Meeting super specialty doctors and providing product information, studies, engaging and discussion on segment related trends and advancements.
• Engaging with business team and planning development activities
• Active engagement with management for expansion of business activities and providing inputs for company development.
• Any other responsibilities required on ongoing growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Loves to travel and meet customers.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage with super specialty doctors and the business team effectively.
• Strategic mindset for contributing to the company's growth.

• Development:Develop and maintain responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional web pages.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.   
• Integrate with backend APIs and services.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.

Skills Required

• 8+ years of strong programming experience on .NET platform
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Web API / Typescript / Angular (or any front-end framework or passion to learn Angular)
• Hands on experience with SQL
• Azure experience is a plus but not a deal breaker
• Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (fundamental building blocks of web development)
• Experience designing high-level and low-level design of the system
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus

Expectations

• Provide technical guidance to the team and take ownership of delivery
• Responsible to technically groom backlog items providing design, architecture, and implementation details
• Quality is the key driver to successful delivery, ensure highly testable and quality deliverables
• Leverage troubleshooting and analytical skills to analyze issues
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
