Job Description:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for Cureya by building relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and securing partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
* Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and individual doctors.
* MoU Signing: Negotiating and signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with healthcare stakeholders.
* Medical Stake Holders Outreach: Actively reaching out to Hospitals, Pharmas, Clinics in your assigned region or state.
* Sales Targets: Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets, including generating leads, conducting meetings, and closing deals.
* Commission Structure: Receiving a competitive commission based on performance.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in healthcare sales or a related field.
* Existing network of contacts within the medical community.
* Ability to travel extensively within your assigned region or state on a daily basis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to conduct Gmeet with Senior medical stakeholders.
Note:1 month contract period
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Previous sales experience in Medical Domain.
