Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Should have built web apps, CMS, admin panels that are deployed to production
• Should have an understanding of how to build and deploy a ReactJS application
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across technology teams.
• Can work well both individually or in a team by taking a collaborative approach to problem solving and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a ReactJS Developer.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
• Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React).
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
• Work closely with the back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

Salary Offer: 3L PA - 5.4L PA

Job Location: Remote for 6-12 months due to the pandemic, then Mumbai, Maharashtra

Required experience:

1-2 years and above experience in developing frontend UIs using HTML5, CSS, Javascript with ReactJS. Candidate must have experience with data binding and state management (Redux/MobX)

Key Skills required :

1. Proficiency in HTML5 development

2. Proficiency in CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap ⅘

3. Strong understanding of Javascript

4. Hands on experience in building and implementing UIs in ReactJs including experience in building components, observables, state management and data binding

5. Strong expertise in building Responsive Websites

6. Experience fixing performance issues using tools like GTMetrix and Pagespeed Insights

7. Working experience in maintaining code versioning by committing to Git repositories

KRAs includes :

1. Understanding the scope of work and arriving at timelines

Responsibilities

Ability to work on a cross-functional team within a very agile team, delivering on time and with high quality

Adjusts and defines new processes as they arise due to known and unknown customer/engineering requirements as it relates to frontend web development

Provides feedback on frontend architecture, code organization and CI/CD infrastructure for the team

Staying up to date with the best practices and future frontend development

Provides frontend leadership expertise and mentoring to other developers on not only the team, but the engineering organization as a whole

Takes pride in delivering ground breaking UI to web applications

Working closely with UX designers to turn their ideas into reality as it relates to creating visualizations for next generation cybersecurity

Qualifications

Proficient in developing large REACT Web Applications

Experience with Django applications

Proficient with TypeScript

Experience with Postgres or other relational database(s)

Experience developing REST APIs with authentication and scaling

Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries

Cloud computing architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Experience with Docker a plus
