Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build intuitive and reliable digital products.
• Advocate and implement engineering best practices : SOLID principles, OOP, clean code, CI/CD, TDD/BDD.
• Lead Agile-based development cycles with a focus on speed, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering technical excellence and ownership.
• Utilize cloud platforms and DevOps tools to ensure performance and reliability of applications.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Microservices).
• 8+ Years of hands-on engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions from first principles.
• Prior experience in product-based or startup environments is a big plus.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records and ensure accurate reporting of the company’s financial activities. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting records, financial statements, and reports in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key responsibilities include recording daily financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining general ledger accounts. The role also involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and supporting internal and external audits.

The Accountant will ensure timely filing of tax returns, GST/TDS compliance (if applicable), and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities. Monitoring expenses, analyzing financial data, and identifying cost-saving opportunities are also part of the role.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounting software. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are required.
