We are seeking a talented Social Media Associate with a knack for video editing to manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and editing engaging content to promote our podcast episodes, increase our follower base, and foster audience interaction. What will you do at Fynd?
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to promote podcast episodes and related content.
- Edit podcast episodes into short, engaging video clips for social media, ensuring high-quality production standards.
- Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with regular posts, stories, and interactive content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community around our podcast.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the podcast production team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Some specific requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in social media management and video editing, preferably in a podcast or media environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for podcasts and an understanding of the podcasting industry is a plus.
