Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-time Admin who can focus on managing office facilities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all facility-related tasks such as plumbing, repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors, electricians, cleaners, and other service providers.
• Oversee office security and ensure smooth functioning on the ground.
• Support the receptionist only if needed (as a backup).

Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday (Monday off)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Prior experience in office administration, facility management, or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, vendor management, problem-solving, and the ability to handle day-to-day office operations independently.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong background in the IT/software industry who can manage core accounting functions, compliance, reporting, and financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Tally, Indian GAAP, and tax compliance, and will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, audits, and team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
• CA Inter / CA Appeared or MBA in Finance/Accounting
• Proficient in English communication (average level)
• Proficient in MS Excel

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare and review financial reports and final accounts
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
• Process payroll, reimbursements, and statutory dues on time
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
• Recommend and implement cost-saving measures and automation
• Provide financial insights to leadership and cross-functional teams

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Design or a related field
• Strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates passion for illustrative design
• Prior experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms
• Keen sense of imagination
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Hands on experience in graphics with digital formats (ads, social media, mailers, etc)
• Knowledge in video editing    

• Development and maintenance of Continuous Integration System on JENKINS.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in Jenkins / Scripting / C / Linux
• Expertise in scripting languages like a shell, python, etc
• Work experience in handling Make/CMake build systems
• Expertise in GIT source revision control
• Experience with Yocto build systems and recipes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program daily in Node.JS, Angular2+/React JS, Express, Bootstrap, MongoDB and others.

Build web-based and mobile-first front-end GUIs to support workflows.

Integrate with REST APIs and relational databases.

Build out new features and iterate on existing features.

Design and implement low-latency, high-availability and performant applications.

Help define architectures and design patterns.

Participate in code reviews.

Must have experience in Deployment

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Real world web and service development experience.

Deep Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.JS, Angular2+/ React , Express & MongoDB.

Experience with server-side languages like Jade, EJS, etc

Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 frameworks such as bootstrap.

Experience with web services API integration (Rest, JSON, XML).

Experience in anyone one these Docker, Kubernates, AWS, Azure
