Job Role: Paid Media Executive

Experience Level: 1.5 + Years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)..

● Have worked within platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics(GA4), Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media – paid

search, display, video, and social platforms

● Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including

strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking

● Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs

● Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction

● Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages,

including A/B testing

● Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives

● Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress

● Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

● Maintaining the team strength at all times

Candidate need to do outcall and explain about banking products like (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans, FD's, Investment Plans etc.,)

Need to reach the monthly targets

Need to resolve customer Queries

Maintain good communication skills in Humble Manner

Good Convincing skills

Working Hours 9 Hrs (1 hour Break)

6 days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Details (16000/- CTC to 20500/- CTC) Depends on candidate experience salary will can be negotiable.

Sunday Week Off

2 nd Saturday and 4th Saturday will be Week off

Complete Dayshifts Timings 9:00 AM TO 6:30 PM

2-Way transportation will be provided

Point to point Pick and Drop will available

• Java, springboot, and Microservices
• SQL

React Native Developer Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code.
• Use additional JavaScript libraries, such as Redux, to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website loading speed.
• Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match designs.
• Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks for native-like performance.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and assist in implementing mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves quickly and frequently breaks things.
• Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups as well as two-week sprints.
• Utilize new, contemporary, smooth animations and transitions to provide a great user experience.
• Plan the data and presentation layers of the application's front end.
• Be a part of a React Native developer community that shares knowledge and assists one another when problems arise.

React Native Developer Requirements

• Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science/Information Technology plus 3+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, React.js, Flux, and Redux.
• Strong command of the JavaScript, TypeScript, or ClojureScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• REST API knowledge, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Ability to identify with FullStack clients' goals and commit to delivering on the promises you and your team make to them.
• You work well in groups and enjoy working in the office with your coworkers.
• A positive outlook and a go-getter attitude

Responsibilities

• Employ user-centered design practices to deliver extraordinary interactive game experiences
• Research the latest practices & industry standards from the Top notch games to create world-class immersive experience for players
• Evaluate designs quickly and craft creative high quality work
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow
• Develop UI, graphic design, and interaction specifications/guidelines
• Ability to take on design problems independently, present and sell design concepts
• Finding creative ways to solve UX problems.
• Interface, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the user experience reflects player needs and consistency.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years experience in UX Design.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and industry-standard prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, and Figma. 
• Experience in mobile interface design
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity 3D and motion design is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Real passion for gaming
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, interaction design, or equivalent industry experience in the design field.
