Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Understand student pain points across university search, counselling, applications, document submission, and admissions.
Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design intuitive web and mobile experiences using tools such as Figma.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and product data.
Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and technically feasible.
Use analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
