We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer with relevant experience of 5+ years to produce scalable software solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As an SDE, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Y

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write effective APIs.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Write technical documentation.
• Ensure great hiring.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Follow the Scrum process, participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow the incremental delivery model.

 

Basic Requirements

• Experience in .Net framework and Web APIs.
• Good knowledge of Design patterns.

• Good Knowledge of databases (e.g., MsSQL, MongoDB), and IIS web servers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience of minimum 5 years as a .Net Developer or similar role
• Understanding of HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of JavaScript Libraries, Angular, React or Node.js

• Familiarity with Microservices.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding of business analysis and requirement elicitation techniques (JAD session, Workshops, etc)
Experience of working on Projects, as well as production support experience
Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements to create business requirements
Work closely with product owners and end customers to convert business requirements into agile epics and stories
Manage and keep product backlog up-to-date and ensure stories are elaborated before planning events.
Prepare backlog and run meetings during Big Room Planning events to elaborate, define accurate acceptance, prioritize, size and schedule stories into sprints.
Work closely with SCRUM master to record ongoing changes to the user stories as they are being analysed, designed and implemented during the sprints.
Manage the roadmap and sprint reports by keeping epics and stories correctly tagged and status up to date.
Be able to understand various application interactions among systems, functionalities, dependencies, etc.
Collaboration with numerous (>15) teams to manage dependencies for risk items remediation and be able to drive techno-functional discussions independently
Able to understand milestones set by leadership and be able to prepare Work breakdown structure, project plan in order to provide direction to all application teams to prioritize risk items properly and fix them on time in the priority order.
Performing User Acceptance Testing
Proficient with managing and updating project documentation
Detail oriented across multiple teams, while keeping in mind the client’s overall priorities and the big picture.
Business Analyst /Scrum Master experience of at least 5 years
3+ years of experience with agile software development.
Working on agile software development projects and agile SDLC.
Proficient in JIRA, Azure DevOps tool
Prepare presentations for weekly reporting of progress, risks, constraints, etc.
Wireframe and advanced process flow tools
Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Passion and drive for learning new technologies and practices.
Adaptable, dependable, and independent.
Project Management / Project leading skills are advantageous
CSM or CSPO Certified is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the partner(fleet) application.
• Sit with the core team to learn and address various complications through tech.
• Attend meetings to understand the intricacies of the business and implement quick features/automation to improve the application.

Job Description :

• Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts

Requirements :

• 3+ years of product management experience
• First-principle thinking
• Prior experience in working on web and mobile apps
• Relentless focus on customer experience
• Ability to pull data using basic SQL queries and ask the right questions of data
• Ability to hack solutions using low-code / no-code approaches (like Zapier, Zoho Creator, AWS Honeycode, or any of such 100s of tools etc..)
• Keen interest in financial and investment landscape of India
• Prior experience in Fintech or Finance/Investment domain is a plus but not mandatory
