The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms to design and execute targeted email campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Google Analytics Management:

Set up, manage, and analyze Google Analytics accounts to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.

Generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making for marketing strategies.

Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis to improve website conversions and user engagement.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

Create, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to customer segments and business goals.

Use analytics tools to track email campaign performance, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Develop and maintain customer lists, ensuring proper segmentation for personalized outreach.

Analytics Tools & Platforms:

Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine marketing strategies.

Provide actionable insights for customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle.

Strategy & Optimization:

Collaborate with the marketing team to define digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to achieve optimal campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, analytics tools, and email marketing best practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns.

Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns across channels, including social media and paid advertising.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on analytics and email campaigns.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).

Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.Skills:

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2.5+ years of experience in performance marketing in B2C product companies (preferred Fintech)

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have strong hands-on expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube, Whatsapp etc

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must have 1+ experience in customer acquisition in FinTech, B2C

Mandatory (Tech Skills 3): Must have experience with Appsflyer, Branch, Mixpanel or similar analytical tools

Mandatory(Company): B2C Product companies (B2C Fintech is highly preferred)

• 2 years of strong development background building complex applications.

DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

The position requires a broad set of technical and interpersonal skills that includes deployment technologies, monitoring and scripting from networking to infrastructure. Well versed in troubleshooting Prod issues and should be able to drive till the RCA.

Skills:

• Manage VMs across multiple datacenters and AWS to support dev/test and production workloads.
• Strong hands-on over Ansible is preferred
