Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Flow, Apex, callout, async, portal, document, data, locking, and governor-limit failures; participate in incident response and root-cause analysis; maintain monitoring and support runbooks; and provide operational ownership during releases, sandbox refreshes, and data migrations.

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Solution Architect, Product Manager, Project Manager, business analysts, QA, administrators, data and integration teams, stakeholders, and vendors to refine and estimate work, surface risks and blockers, participate in reviews and demos, maintain implementation and support documentation, share knowledge, and perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
