Senior Backend Developer /Backend Developer

Hiring for the position of Backend Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Role

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql 

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch

Education: Min. Graduate in related discipline

• Build and maintain scalable Python back-end systems that power Convertlens and internal applications.
• Develop Agentic AI applications and workflows to drive automation and insights.
• Design and implement connectors to third-party systems (APIs, CRMs, marketing tools) to source and unify data.
• Ensure system reliability with strong practices in observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

What you will be doing:

About your experience:

• Total work experience of more than 5 years and minimum 3+ years in development
• Has led a team of developers and coders on Node js
• 3-4 years of proven experience in Node.Js and frameworks available for it.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Expertise with Services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs (Service-oriented architectures).
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

Qualifications:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related area from a good institute is preferred

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in PHP7
• 1 Year experience in Node.js/Python
• Good work experience in PHP7
