Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, Speech techniques.
- Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services to be used to improve our platform capabilities.
- Mentor and lead the experiments with other team members.
- Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
- 2-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Hands-on experience of ML model development and deploying.
- Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.
- Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Conversational frameworks like Rasa, DialogFlow, Lex, etc.
