About the role:

Join our AI Team as Senior AI Engineer with the focus on development of cutting-edge technologies, making a real life difference in the lives of millions of users. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, from designing and building AI capabilities for our swiftchat platform, and analysing large conversation datasets. Innovative nature and proactive involvement in the product is taken very seriously at Convegenius, therefore, a major part of your role would involve thinking about new features and new ways to deliver quality learning experience to our learners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, Speech techniques.
- Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services to be used to improve our platform capabilities.
- Mentor and lead the experiments with other team members.
- Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
- 2-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Hands-on experience of ML model development and deploying.
- Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.
- Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Conversational frameworks like Rasa, DialogFlow, Lex, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out of the box.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
