Role Overview

We're seeking a MERN Stack Developer with experience in Web3 development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building full-stack applications, integrating smart contracts, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Integrate smart contracts and blockchain functionality using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and blockchain engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 trends and technologies

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of smart contracts, Ethereum, and Web3.js/Ethers.js
• Familiarity with Solidity and Ethereum development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat)
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for the e-commerce gift card product, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, focusing on critical paths, edge cases, and user experience.
• Bug Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools. Work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.

We’re looking for a creative and analytical SEO Content Writer who can craft high-quality, keyword-optimized, and student-friendly content that ranks — and resonates.

You’ll work closely with our SEO and marketing teams to produce blogs, landing pages, and YouTube descriptions that attract, engage, and convert students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Write SEO-optimized articles, blogs, guides, and landing pages focused on JEE, NEET, and other exam categories.
• Research trending topics, student pain points, and exam updates to create relevant content ideas.
• Develop click-worthy titles, meta descriptions, and CTAs aligned with search intent.
• Craft compelling content for YouTube titles, descriptions, and community posts to enhance visibility.

2. Keyword Research & SEO Integration

• Work with the SEO Manager to identify high-volume, low-competition keywords and integrate them naturally into content.
• Ensure proper use of internal linking, header tags, schema structure, and readability optimization.
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings and CTRs.

3. Collaboration & Review

• Coordinate with design and video teams to develop visuals and infographics supporting your articles.
• Ensure brand consistency across all published materials — tone, accuracy, and formatting.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and factual correctness.

4. Performance Tracking

• Use tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track content performance.
• Regularly update and refresh old content to maintain relevance and ranking.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in SEO or content writing (EdTech/academic content preferred).
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills in English.
• Ability to simplify complex academic concepts into engaging and readable content.
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Notion.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you need to have:
● Advanced knowledge of PHP, Nodejs, MySQL, HTML/CSS, Javascript etc.
● Some experience in managing engineering teams of 5-20 people.

Work Details:
● Your work will involve managing software development team via web and mobile
technologies like PHP/Laravel, MySQL, Node.js, MongoDB, React, Angular, Ionic, AWS
etc.
● Lead, Coach and mentor a strong and passionate team of web and mobile Engineers and Designers
● Drive new features and improve performance
● Define or Review architectural standards and processes
● Drive performance analysis and optimization efforts
● Help set and fulfil the engineering hiring plan for the team including sourcing, screening
and interviewing
● Represent the team in engineering and product meetings
● Work with teams across Squareboat to ensure a seamless user experience for our
client's customers
● Champion continuous improvement to help raise the bar on quality, performance and
maintainability
● Keep abreast of the changes in the industry and champion new technologies and
development processes within the team

You need to have:
● 5+ years of relevant software development experience
● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related
technical discipline
● A good understanding of the software development lifecycle
● Some interesting side projects you have done or a Github profile with real open source
contributions will be a big plus

Requirements and skills

• Proven 2-3 Years of work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Finance Domain preferred.
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources

• Able to write front-end code that is cross-browser and cross-device friendly, through responsive or adaptive techniques is essential.
• Working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment is preferred
• Experience using Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment.
• Proven knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
