• Build a Talent acquisition philosophy in order to solve for recruitment strategically and for rapid implementations in achieving recruitment needs across the organisation and global locations.
• Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent acquisition process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of a right talent benchmark and establish right models to create active and proactive talent pipeline for the companies quarterly hiring goals .
• Source and engage with leadership and senior level talent for the open roles of the company
• Set up proactive talent acquisition and candidate experience management processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to get the right visibility in the talent forums in India and outside.
• Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted talent pool across all levels and functions
• Partner across all functions & businesses across to build various recruitment practices for diverse teams within .
• Be a go-to leader and SME’ for the leadership team for all recruitment related aspects.
• Proactively manage “Time - Quality - Cost” metric for TA to set right TA practices for the company

• Having managed recruitment of a rapid growing tech organizations
• Managed small size global recruitment teams earlier (at least for 2-3 yrs of leading team)
• 10-12 yrs of relevant talent acquisition experience
• Having worked in tech and business recruitment in needs
• Having experience in spearheading recruitment function in a product company from 30-150 people

Interns day to day responsibilities include:

• Do the quality check for the catalogue images as per Image guidelines, to review product catalogues based on category guidelines and ensure that delivered data is 100% accurate and complete with a positive impact on customer experience.

• Do frequent checks on existing processes to help the Catalogue team achieve more consistent results with high quality and to own new projects which will aim at achieving high productivity of an individual/team.

• Populate 100% accurate content from various sources (Brand Websites, E commerce Portals, Product info Pages, Seller’s, Consumers, Companies, Subject Matter Experts) for specific as well as general information about the product through various channels (Verbal & Written communication, through on ground activities as well as through various online search techniques).

Requirement for Python Developer

Require more than 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and associated third-party libraries.

Should have strong logical and programming skills.

Experience with Django and DRF.

Should have knowledge about MongoDB

Coordinating with the team and sharing ideas in project planning and development

Main Responsibilities of a Python Developer

· Experience with DevOps technologies and Knowledge about APIs to architect cloud-ready applications

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, flyers, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Design social media promotion graphics with copy, and short 30 second videos or gif animation.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, XD.
• Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on feedback. Reviewing final layouts for errors and ensure that final products reflect client specifications and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Create website and mobile app user interface designs in XD / Photoshop.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or formal arts field.
• Experienced in UI design.
• Ability to make short 30 second videos or animation for Social Media promotion.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Effective communication and proficiency in English.
• Open to give and receive constructive criticism.

• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

• Proficient understanding of security principles
