We are looking for a qualified Backend Developer to design and code functional programs and applications. You will work as part of a team and individually with little supervision.

A great Application Developer has excellent knowledge of Javascript. 

They must be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

The goal is to write “clean” and flawless code to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements.

Experience: 2 years and more

CTC: Upto 18 LPA

Skills Required

• 2+ years of web application development experience using Javascript
• Experience in Node.js, and Express.js/loopback.js
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs
• Data modelling experience in both relational and NoSQL databases(MongoDB preferred).
• Experience deploying and maintaining a micro-service architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with server-less infrastructure paradigms (AWS Lambda, etc).
• Experience building a scalable product is a bonus!

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency

• Any Graduate – Any Specialization with 3+ yrs of relevant strong object-oriented JavaScript & MVC with analytical/logical thinking & problem solving skills (Object Oriented JS, JQUERY, NodeJS)

• Expertise with NodeJS (extensively using ExpressJS) and databases like MongoDB or MySQL
• Comfortable with developing MVC architecture-based code
• Skilled in implementing security features across the applications and components
• Skilled with code optimization techniques
• Strong troubleshooting techniques
• Strong defect resolution process for minimized latency
• Familiarity with confluence management like JIRA/Trello/Youtrack

• Networking fundamentals, prior working experience in network technologies and protocols

Daily Responsibilities

• Own and manage team processes, releases, and systems
• Work with the product and business teams to identify scopes of improvements
• Architect solutions for new features and scaling existing infrastructure
• Identify engineering targets, monitoring, reports, alerts requirements
• Create microservices and tools, manage servers (AWS), create reports etc.
• Ensure the performance and security of the application/systems.

Requirements

• Must have a good understanding of client and server architecture
• Must have a good understanding of Node.js, MongoDB, Express
• Must be proficient with git
• Must be familiar with ES7 syntax and TypeScript
• Must have knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

• B.E (or equivalent) in Computer Sciences
• 6-9 years of experience building enterprise class products/platforms.
• Knowledge of Big data systems and/or Data pipeline building experience is preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience as technical lead or technical management experience.
• Excellent coding skills in one of Core Java or NodeJS
• Demonstrated problem solving skills in previous roles.
• Good communication skills.
