1. Run Meta Ads and Google Ads end to end, including planning, targeting, budgeting, optimisation and reporting.
2. Improve ROAS with structured experiments, clear control of CAC and steady optimisation of CTR and conversion rates.
3. Manage performance marketing across paid funnels while owning the full social media execution cycle.
4. Build monthly content calendars aligned with paid campaigns.
5. Track campaign data, identify drop offs and adjust strategy based on performance.
6. Work with design, sales and product to keep messaging consistent and output steady.
7. Mandatory experience in SaaS marketing with proven results in scaling paid acquisition and improving ROAS.
