Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Category Management Lead to manage Contingent Labor sourcing across EMEA, APAC, and India.

The role will drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Contingent Labor Sourcing & Category Management across ROW.

Develop and execute regional category strategies and sourcing plans.

Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiations, and implementation.

Drive cost savings, commercial improvements, and risk mitigation.

Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier performance.

Partner with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Sales & Delivery teams.

Track spend, savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.

Lead supplier reviews and drive continuous improvement.
