As an Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the product's architecture, database, and servers, Research and apply best practices of software development to build a world-class product.

What you will do:

Being involved across all aspects of the product codebase (Current and future)
Building, leading, developing and providing hands-on leadership for Developers
Creating clear career paths for team members to help them grow with regular and deep mentoring, attracting and retaining top talent keeping long term goals in mind
Driving strategy and vision across teams in a rapidly evolving environment
Providing thought partnership to the product team and ensuring collaboration among product, engineering, and business operation teams
Driving agility in execution, creating a strong team culture of responsiveness by leading by example and owning decision making around prioritization for better predictability
Maintaining strong partnership with product and business teams to demonstrate effective collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders

What you need to have:

Btech/ Mtech from Premium Institute
Strong Logical and Analytical skills.
Extensive experience in LAMP and/ or MERN/ MEAN Stack.
JavaScript Framework/ Library experience a bonus.
Extensive experience in and understanding of OOPS & MVC concepts.
Strong back-end background; Experienced in Restful APIs, DB Mgt & SQL.
Consumer Tech Orientation.
Excited at the problem being solved.
Individual contributor; As well as ability to work in and eventually lead a team.
