What the company wants:

They want someone who can build and manage relationships with real estate brokers. You’ll be the main point of contact for brokers, onboard new ones into the network, and work with them to bring in buyers and properties. Your job is to make sure brokers stay engaged, motivated, and consistently deliver results.

Role:

• Be the single point of contact (POC) for all brokers.
• Onboard new brokers into the company’s channel partner network.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term broker relationships.
• Work with brokers to bring in qualified buyers for listed properties.
• Encourage brokers to source high-potential properties for the company.
• Track broker performance and give feedback for improvement.
• Conduct regular broker training to align them with company processes.
• Stay updated on market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Travel frequently to meet brokers and keep them engaged.

In your role as Software Engineer/Lead, you will directly work with other developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to evaluate and develop innovative solutions. The purpose of the role is to design, develop, test, and operate a complex set of applications or platforms in the IoT Cloud area.

The role involves the utilization of advanced tools and analytical methods for gathering facts to develop solution scenarios. The job holder needs to be able to execute quality code, review code, and collaborate with other developers.

• A bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or other relevant education
• At least 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, in an enterprise context
• Experience in design, development and deployment of large-scale cloud-based applications and services
• Good knowledge in cloud (AWS) serverless application development, event driven architecture and SQL / No-SQL databases
• Experience with IoT products, backend services and design principles
• Good knowledge at least of one backend technology like node.js (JavaScript, TypeScript) or JVM (Java, Scala, Kotlin)
• Passionate about code quality, security and testing
• Microservice development experience with Java (Spring) is a plus
• Good command of English in both Oral & Written

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer - HVAC will play a crucial role in the successful execution and

delivery of HVAC projects. This position requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems,

strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project planning, design, execution,

erection commissioning and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

 Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project scope,

objectives, and requirements.

 Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource

requirements.

Design Coordination:

 Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that HVAC systems meet

project specifications and regulatory standards.

 Review and approve design documents and drawings.

Project Implementation:

 Oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and

budget constraints.

 Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues.

Quality Assurance:

 Implement quality control measures to ensure that HVAC systems meet industry

standards and client expectations.

 Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance.

Client Communication:

 Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project implementation.

 Communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and

construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skills

• Experience with designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable web-based applications.
• Experience using JavaScript based frameworks- ReactJS/AngularJS, HTML/CSS, Java Script, XML, jQuery, NodeJS, Express and other related technologies.-Good understanding of data structures and algorithm-Familiarity with databases.
• Experience working with container technologies like Docker and knowledge of CI/CD processes for automated integration and deployment.-Basic knowledge of AWS preferred.

• Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.-Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams.-Good at written and verbal communication skills.

• Design and develop high-quality software used by millions of customers, in an agile and iterative development culture.
• Support and maintain existing applications and develop new modules as and when required for feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Should have built a customer app with more then 100000+ downloads
• At least 4+ years of experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
• Analytical and data-informed, you love digging into the data to understand nuances, and define & measure success on every project. SQL skills are a plus
