About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our Italian fine-dining restaurant in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in F&B service operations, team leadership, and guest engagement within a restaurant chain environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle escalations professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
