*Role Overview:*
We are looking for a talented Video Editor Associate to join our creative team. In this role, you will oversee video projects from start to finish, editing raw footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with Yocket's marketing objectives. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the creative vision is executed consistently across all marketing channels. *Key Responsibilities:*
Video Production & Editing: Oversee and manage video projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output.
Collaboration & Creative Vision: Work with the marketing team to ensure videos align with Yocket’s goals and maintain consistency in creative vision.
Incorporate Visual Features: Add engaging visual elements to videos for promotional, educational, and tech product-related content.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and consistency across all video content to ensure a unified marketing message.
Assist with Remote Shoots: Support video shoots, including remote shoots, and help manage timelines and deadlines.
Stay Updated: Continuously learn about and integrate the latest video editing trends and techniques to enhance content quality.
*Requirements:*
Experience: 1-3 years of video editing experience, preferably in Ed-Tech or related industries.
Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple video projects simultaneously.
Experience with text animation and graphical representation in videos.
Basic knowledge of After Effects and Figma is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities-
Dialing 50-80+ calls and counselling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software. Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.

About the Role:
As a Speech Engineer you will be working on development of on-device multilingual speech recognition systems.
- Apart from ASR you will be working on solving speech focused research problems like speech enhancement, voice analysis and synthesis etc.
- You will be responsible for building complete pipeline for speech recognition from data preparation to deployment on edge devices.
- Reading, implementing and improving baselines reported in leading research papers will be another key area of your daily life at Saarthi.
Requirements:
- 2-3 year of hands-on experience in speech recognitionbased projects
- Proven experience as a Speech engineer or similar role
- Should have experience of deployment on edge devices
- Candidate should have hands-on experience with open-source tools such as Kaldi, Pytorch-Kaldi and any of the end-to-end ASR tools such as ESPNET or EESEN or DeepSpeech Pytorch
- Prior proven experience in training and deployment of deep learning models on scale
- Strong programming experience in Python,C/C++, etc.

- Work closely with the product team on design artifacts (illustrations, animations, icons, logos etc) for various products
