We're a Saas startup and are looking for a passionate UI/UX cum Product Designer to join our team in order to assist with UI/UX design. We're working on next age customer service automation technology and our unique training methodology can truly help us usher a paradigm shift in the way that customer service is delivered across the world.

- Able to work in good coordination with production managers and engineers.

- Capable of generating new ideas.

- Should have hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Should have experience with logo design, corporate brand identity design, web UI design, app UI design.

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

- Discuss the idea with the internal team.

- Knowledge about style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

What are we looking for

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in Illusto, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing to join our growing tech company. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience creating visually stunning graphics for digital mediums, as well as motion graphics and video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create graphics and designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Design engaging and effective marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media graphics, digital ads, and concept videos.
• Create visual elements for our website and other online channels.
• Design and create motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms.
• Edit and produce video content for internal and external use.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools to continually improve the quality of our work.

Background

• Expertise in Adobe suite including Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, after effects and premiere pro Willingness to learn and gain expertise in new tools is a must-have. 
• Proven experience in designing content for all social media platforms and website
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations for digital media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is preferred.

Location: Mumbai 

1. Conceptualizing visuals that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex user flows
2. Designing the visual identity of digital products.
3. Implementing strategy of typography, iconography, colors, layout
4. Creating responsive design comps on the basis of wireframes
5. Asking smart questions, taking risks and championing new ideas
6. Bringing expert opinion on best-practices, patterns and trends
7. Translating high-level explicit and latent requirements into functional user interfaces
8. Presenting designs and articulating design decisions
9. Communicating design rationale and maintaining consistency throughout the project
10. Executing designs as a part of software development teams

• Experience in Education Technology would be great

Responsibilities
 

• Conceptualizing a game character (2D) visuals based on requirements
• Creating images and concepts by hand or using design software
• Develop illustrations, logos and in-game assets using software or by hand
• Testing graphics across various media 
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style on social media adverts

• Proven graphic designing experience 
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
