Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the organization’s talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, team leadership, workforce planning, and end-to-end hiring.

The candidate will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the TA team, ensuring timely closure of critical positions, and building a strong talent pipeline aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
• Develop and implement effective end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle senior and critical-level hiring independently.
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Recruitment Funnel Conversion.
• Establish and monitor team-level KPI/KRA and hiring targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters to improve productivity and quality of hiring.
• Conduct regular reviews of recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead salary negotiations and offer discussions while ensuring alignment with company compensation structures.
• Work closely with HR and management teams for manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
• Develop talent pools for recurring and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in the ATS/recruitment management system.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and hiring dashboards to management.
• Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Required
• 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within the IT/Technology industry.
