Key Responsibilities

• Review and test processes to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Identify bugs, gaps, or issues and suggest improvements.
• Document findings clearly and share with the team.
• Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure quality standards.
• Perform checks on client deliverables before submission.
• Provide feedback and maintain detailed QA reports.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst / Software Tester.
• Must have hands-on experience in:
• Manual Testing (test cases, bug reporting, regression testing).
• Functional & Non-Functional Testing.
• UI/UX Testing for usability and interface issues.
• Cross-browser & Device Testing.
• Basic Automation Testing knowledge (added advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Analyst to assess product quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You must be competent in executing test cases and passionate about quality. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products and applications work seamlessly and give a great user experience.

Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Review and analyze product specifications.
• Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.
• Prepare all reports related to the product testing carried out.
• Ensure that all testing-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and policies.
• Should have good knowledge of JIRA and be aware of mobile app testing. 
• Carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to the development teams or the relevant teams.
• To create test case documentation, defect reports, a traceability matrix, and a retrospective document.
• Should be able to work in an agile environment.
• Should know about functional testing, and basic knowledge of automation testing is an advantage.
• Eventually, to help deliver bug-free, user-friendly products.
• Ensure that the existing projects are running smoothly by regularly checking them through automation testing.

Introduction:

We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented person to help us test our code. As a QA Tester, you will work alongside our engineering team to ensure that our code is top-notch. By performing tests on our code and communicating the results with our engineering team, you can help us produce the most effective products that delight our clients. Your expertise will be crucial to help us identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and any other issues.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will collaborate with the engineering team and shall be responsible for:

• Test new and existing features (units and integration) and report errors and failures

• Work collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participate in testing for product releases

• Gathering requirements

• Test automation and test methodology (ex: TDD or BDD)

• Expertise in Test case design and test case execution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Manual Tester

• Experience in Manual testing dashboards and chatbots shall be a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or college diploma in QA Testing

• Keen attention to detail

This person MUST have: 

- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent. 

- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud. 

- Manual testing experience and a desire to learn and work with the latest technologies. Web, Cloud and Mobile App testing. 

- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; schedule and execute test cycles; contribute to testability & quality of software. 

- Reports all defects accurately; facilitate problem tracking and successful resolution; assess and communicate various risks involved and provide necessary assistance to engineers and stakeholders. 

- Basic knowledge of automation know-how [ API automation, Python] - Test to fail mindset, Solid test strategy experience, well versed with QA processes. - Hands on experience on Performance test angle.

Timings:

- 40 hours a week (9 PM IST to 2 AM IST(10 hours in your suitable time) , Monday to Saturday).

• Develop and execute both manual test scripts/cases based on analyzed requirements for the Hematology Medical Device.
• Investigates software, hardware, system problems and determines root causes for failures.
• Report and track the defects to closure, support for defect investigation, validate defect fixes and analyze the impact of fixes.
• Be involved in test lab management and improvement of test process activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or other relevant degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Work Experience Requirements: 6 or more years of experience in developing software system test designs and procedures.
• Experience in testing of software systems, preferably related to medical instrumentation
• Able to evaluate system specifications and requirements for completeness and testability
• Able to generate test designs and procedures from specifications and use cases, using industry-standard test design techniques, with minimal guidance
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience with Requirements Management and Traceability
• Experience with Automated Software Testing is a plus
• Able to Document specifications, and or test documentation
• Able to execute test procedures manually, with minimal guidance
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems, a plus.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
