You’ll lead the experience layer of everything we build, making sure creators, curators, and partners all feel at home on our platform. 

This is not a product management role in the traditional sense. It’s a leadership opportunity for someone who lives at the intersection of systems, empathy, and storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Own and shape the full product roadmap and user journeys 
• Conduct user interviews and translate insights into usable flows 
• Design MVP prototypes and run quick test cycles 
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to bring features to life 
• Create intuitive, beautiful interfaces that reduce friction and enhance joy 
• Champion a product culture rooted in empathy, speed, and design intelligence 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• 1 to 4 years of experience in product, design, or UX leadership 
• Data Analytics skills are must as understanding the market is essential for developing a product with the right product–market fit 
• Mastery in Figma, wireframing, design systems, and UX writing 
• Proven ability to lead a product from MVP to active users 
• A calm, structured thinker who can simplify complexity into elegance 
• Deep intuition for what makes a great product experience 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in professional Web Development
• Proven software development experience in Core PHP, Codeigniter, WordPress; Laravel is a plus.
• Must have 1+ yrs experience in VueJs or React.Js
  
• Experience in ReactJs, NodeJs is a plus.
• Excellent Software Design and Architecting capabilities
• Complete familiarity with client-side scripting and Angular JS, Ember JS , JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Complete familiarity and expertise in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in third party API integration - payment gateways, Storage, Streaming services, etc.
• Complete familiarity and experience working with JSON / XML and REST API structure
• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment technologies such as Bitbucket, Jenkins and Git
• AWS/Google Cloud Deployment is a must; Devops capability is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• Sound Database experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL experience
• A sound knowledge of Object-Oriented (OOPS) Programming & Design Pattern.
• Agile and Iterative (TDD) development expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
• Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
• Create and test software prototypes
• Develop client displays and user interfaces
• Review and refactor code
• Deploy fully functional applications
• Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
• Coordinate with other developers and team members
• Document development and operational procedures

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Familiarity with the .Net Core, ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• 2+ years of development experience using MVC, C# .NET
• In depth understanding of design patterns
• Strong exposure to SQL / MySQL, MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of ReactJS, Angular is a plus
• Able to work well in a team setting

You will own the product design responsibility right from defining the problem to identifying the new & impactful insights through an iterative process with user centered thinking at its core.

Your Part:

In this role, you will be responsible for building world-class technology products and platforms that are at the forefront of the design and technology revolution in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. You are someone who insists on the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance. You will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality solutions that have immediate business impact.

• Design for Docon user base across new initiatives.

• Empathise with users and brings users' perspective to the discussion.

• Deeply collaborate with product managers, engineers & business teams to design best possible solutions to users’ problems informed by research & data. 

• Effectively hand over the designs to the engineering team, test internal release & ensure execution of your designs at high quality. 

• Provide the reasoning behind the design solutions and anything related to the user journey, wireframes, research findings, high fidelity designs, and usability testing.

• Improve the user experience of the product based on customer feedback or analytics findings.

• Responsible for validating designs with customers at an early stage, also responsible for checking how features are used after they go live and iterate if need be.

We Look For:

• More than 2+ years of relevant experience designing for customers in B2B or B2C products.
• Empathy for users and their problems. Intrinsic motivation to solve problems & be customer obsessed.
• Ability to think backwards from the customers perspective, drive bold vision for the product area but also able to execute iteratively. 
• Ability to abstract & think about the user motivations, emotions, constraints, macro ecosystem & at the same time can zoom in & demonstrate eye for detail to deliver quality, pixel perfect work.
• Strong portfolio of innovative, customer-centric design work that demonstrates proficiency in UX design and interaction design.
• Demonstrated history of acquiring user data by conducting usability studies and performing user research, survey etc.
• Capable of translating concepts into concrete representations in order to clarify ideas and promote collaboration based on shared understanding.
• Fluency in best practices of User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design, practical knowledge of User-Centered Design processes and lifecycles.
• Ability to provide and effectively communicate strategic and tactical recommendations based on quantitative/qualitative data and optimal design practice.
• Growth mindset and willingness to listen, learn and continuously improve.

Education Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in fine arts, graphic design, multimedia or a related field preferred
