Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Engineering or other similar concentration (BE/MCA)

• Master’s degree a plus

• 3-8 years’ experience in Production Support/ Application Management/ Application Development (support/ maintenance) role.

• Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, fast learner

• Strong knowledge of Unix Administration.

• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, Batch is must.

• Strong Database experience – Oracle

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

• Power shell is nice to have

• Software development skillsets in Java or Ruby.

• Worked upon any of the cloud platforms – GCP/Azure/AWS is nice to have

Job description

Responsibilities:

1) Develop a deep understanding of Morphedo's products and their applications across different industries.

2) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

3) Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.

4) Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients to showcase the benefits of our solutions.

5) Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.

6) Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.

7) Create proposals, quotes, and technical documentation as required during the sales cycle.

8) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals and challenges.

9) Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how Morphedo's products can address their needs.

10) Work closely with the sales team to work on strategies

11) Provide input for marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales collateral development.

Requirements:

*Bachelors and Master Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

*Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the deep tech or engineering industry.

*Strong understanding of Engineering, Medical, IoT, AI, Aerospace & Defence, and/or Embedded Systems.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

*Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Required Expertise

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation.
• Learning/understanding the documentation tools and process.
• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
• Strong command of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Research, design, illustrate, revise, edit, and write high-quality documentation.
• Re-writing existing documents with proper standards.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, accurate, and concise user documentation.
• Preparing easy-to-understand Online Help, User Manual, and other User Documentation.
• Assisting in preparing templates, preparing/formatting Word documents, power point presentations in accordance with prescribed organization standards.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.

Job Requirements :

- 4+ years of Java development experience

- 4+ years of microservice development experience with Spring boot framework

- Core & Advanced Java (Threading, Design Patterns, Data Structures) J2EE, REST web services

- Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Design Patterns

- Full stack development with Angular 8 experience will be a plus

- Experience with test driven software development

- Exposure to telecom domain

- ETOM/ SID which make the TM Forum framework
