About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving the strategic growth and commercial success of Company within their assigned territory/Region. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of high-level technical expertise and business acumen. Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & People Management

Horizontal Integration & Operational Excellence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Applications Team for technical trials, Supply Chain for inventory planning, and Marketing for regional lead-generation events.
- Intelligence Gathering: Synthesize field data and competitor moves into actionable insights for the national leadership team.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Bio-Chemical Engineering. MBA is added advantage.
- Experience: 7–10 years in the Life Sciences/Bioprocess industry, with at least 1–2 years in a people management or team lead role.
