Roots Innovation Labs is looking for a Test Engineer/ Software Delivery Lead with expertise in Selenium WebDriver for Creating Basic Test Cases. Managing and Tracking the projects for any given engagement

Roles and responsibilities :

1)Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context

2) Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
3) Test case execution for functional, performance and load testing

Lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites..

6)Planning, Executing, Managing, and Tracking the projects for any given engagement.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

Functional: Manual Functional Testing of Web and Mobile Applications, Writing Test Cases, Regression Testing, Data Verification, GIT & JIRA, Basic Automation Testing,
Testing feeds - Understanding of JSON and XML structures, Testing tools like Postman, Swagger & Charles Proxy, Browser Development Tools,GIT & JIRA.

Position description: 2+ years of hands on experience in testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To work closely with software developers and product planners to understand more about what the product is for, its key features and the intended audience
• Required to carry out a mix of key functional and non-functional tests such as Sanity, Regression, Load, Security and Deployment
• Required to plan test cases in consultation with the stake holders
• Required to document all bugs and findings of these tests and ensuring they are addressed

JD: Technical resource(s) will perform configuration, analysis, solution design and Q/A for ServiceNow platform. Services to be performed over the phone, email, texts, and teleconference with a prompt and accurate resolution of questions, issues and requests regarding ServiceNow. The technical resource shall participate in Scrum ceremonies and offer input about the tasks in scope (or deliverables). Successfully perform quality assurance (test script writing, test execution, defect resolution, etc.) for ServiceNow incidents, requests, and projects.
