Founded by IIT Roorkee alumni and backed by industry experts, we are on a mission to help the second largest industry in India-Construction make a transition from pen and paper to digital.

# Requirements -

- 1-3 years of experience testing

- Good with testing concepts, understands test life cycle

- Good bug reporting and communication skills

- Understands release process and past experience of release process

- Understanding the business criticality & being Flexible

- Sound knowledge on Compatibility testing

- Hands on experience on both Web and Mobile platforms

# Responsibilities -

- Domain/Product knowledge would be an added value

- Automation skills for mobile application is an added advantage

- Knowledge and experience on debugging tools (Adb, Xcode, Jmeter, etc.)

• Helps Test Lead to prepare the Test Plan and coordinate with Test Engineers during Testing Phase
• Performs Bug Analysis, understands the client requirement and help Test engineer to prepare the test cases
• Ability to multi-task/handle several projects effectively and deliver within timeline
• Peer Reviews the test cases, understands the Test Plan and write Automation test cases
• Able to write Scripts in languages like Java, Ruby, Python, etc.,
• Able to review the Scripts written, able to run the Maintenance / New Scripts and identify the issues
• Knowledge on automation test reports (TestNG, Allure, JUnit reports etc)
• Define onboarding documents for technology and domain for the teams
• Train/Mentor and evaluate juniors on testing specializations
• Exihitbit strong expertise in one of Load Testing - Jmeter (or similar tools) or Api Testing - Rest client/postman or DB testing
• Perform cross Browser / device compatibility testing using automation
• Understand and contribute to sprint release cycle process, ensure 100% test coverage and follow JIRA hygiene
• Besides the job specific responsibilities strictly adheres to the policies and procedures of the organization

• As a QA person - Show extreme attention to details and nuances

1. Must possess strong hands-on testing experience of e-commerce Applications and e-commerce platforms, preferably Magento, and Drupal.
2. Sound Knowledge of test automation frameworks including designing, maintaining & improving Knowledge of Zephyr, Behat, and BackstopJS QA tools.
3. Detailed knowledge of cross-platform testing and environments.
4. Well-versed in Defect Tracking & Reporting
5. Writing test scenarios and robust functional test cases based on the use case and requirements
6. Solving complex problems; taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
7. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
8. Should have strong Analytical and Logical abilities.
9. Good to Have Skills: Experience in Agile Scrum methodology or CSTE/CS QA/ISTQB certification

About Typito 

Responsibilities:

• Become the gate-keeper for Product Quality that we offer our customers and uphold the high standard of customer happiness we've achieved so far - https://www.g2.com/products/typito/reviews
• Work closely with engineers and product managers in rolling out new features and enhancements across Typito.
• Own and manage an exhaustive list of test-cases as part of the product development and document iterations of testing we do
• Develop an understanding of the Typito product and document use-case scenarios
• Own efforts on Functional, Regression, UI testing for Web and Mobile
• Participate in product feature rollouts and suggest useful feature additions on the app and recommend improvements in Typito to enhance user experience
• Be an advocate of app performance and lead initiatives on this front.

Requirements:

• Experience - At least 2 years experience being part of a QA team with defined responsibilities that gave you exposure to efficient testing and deployment processes.
• Impeccable communication skills - You'll be collaborating with multiple teams, having the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people is necessary.
• Critical thinking skills - You know how to think from a customer's perspective throughout the entire development cycle #empathy. You should be able to create lots of "What If" scenarios and make sure the app is battle-tested to handle those scenarios.
• Quick learner - Typito app is changing at a rapid pace, there is no single way to handle issues that come up. You must adapt quickly to new tools and techniques that keep improving your own workflow.
• Collaboration skills - As mentioned above, you'll be collaborating with developers and product managers, alike. It's important that you understand how to convey important issues to other people, and to listen well. We believe in the power of red-flagging and we expect the QA function to help us get upto speed on challenges faced by our customers.
• Automation testing skills is a strong plus as we would be experimenting with automation suites that can make our QA function more robust and efficient.
