Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 2–5 years of experience, proficient in .NET Core and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure).
You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud components, and ensuring robust data handling.

Required Skills :

Key Responsibilities:
● Onboarding & Engagement: Assist in the onboarding of new customers, guiding them through the
platform features and functionality to ensure they can quickly gain value from the product.
● Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely assistance
via email, chat, or phone to resolve basic questions and technical challenges.
● Customer Education: Help create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides to help
customers navigate the platform independently.
● Data Collection & Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, common

Requirements

- The ability to put yourself in the users' shoes and craft intuitive, high-quality web UI experiences
- A high bar for code quality and robustness for long-term expansion and use
