We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) to join our HR team. This role will focus on 70% recruitment activities and 30% payroll & HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative methods.
• Conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives and build strong university relationships.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee database and generate MIS reports.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Prior exposure to IT/Tech hiring and payroll software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing and presentation.
• Identifying right candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements
• Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
• Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)
• Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–4 years of experience in Indirect Taxation, especially GST compliance, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GST returns filing, reconciliation, and compliance for multiple clients
• Handle e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill related processes and queries
• Stay updated with changes in GST law and ensure timely implementation
• Assist with GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices
• Liaise with internal teams for client onboarding and system updates

Requirements:

• Qualified CA with 1–4 years of experience in Indirect Taxation
• Strong knowledge of GST laws and filing procedures
• Hands-on experience with e-Invoicing & e-Way Bill systems
• Proficient in Excel and tax compliance tools
• Good communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finishing, polishing, and installation of wooden furniture and fittings

• Work on doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, and decorative woodwork

• Read and interpret technical drawings and site measurements

• Use hand tools and machinery to achieve smooth finishes and precise joints

• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after finishing

• Coordinate with site supervisors and project engineers to ensure timely delivery
