Strong Product UI heavy Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum of 2+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on UI-intensive work

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end designs independently from wireframes and user flows through to final Figma handoff

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience with delivering both web and mobile designs

Mandatory (Tools): Must have strong working proficiency in Figma, Adobe, Photoshop etc

Mandatory (Skill): Must have solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and process flows for web and mobile responsive platforms

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio should be UI-heavy, with clear evidence of high-fidelity designs, visual craftsmanship, and end-to-end screen design

Mandatory (Company Type): Product companies or if candidate form services/design consultancies with worked on B2B SaaS projects/clients

Mandatory (Location): Must be comfortable working across two office locations (MG Road and HSR) in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations in Tally ERP
• Handle Accounts Payable: invoice verification, vendor payments & reconciliation
• Prepare and file GST returns, maintain GST records & ensure compliance
• Calculate, deduct & file TDS returns
• Maintain ledgers, books of accounts & financial records
• Coordinate with vendors for billing, statements, and payment follow-ups
• Assist in monthly, quarterly & yearly closing activities
• Support internal & external audits with proper documentation
• Prepare MIS and financial reports as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, Accounts Payable
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented with good communication & organizational skills

Criteria:

• Required 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Supply, Vendor Management, or Regional Operations roles.
• Proven experience owning regional / route-level P&L, including revenue, cost, and margin decisions
• Strong experience in vendor sourcing and negotiations, preferably with transport, logistics, fleet, or bus operators
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and onboard supply partners
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience handling contracts, pricing, and risk mitigation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to act as a single point of contact between internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work closely with Operations, Demand, and Customer Support teams to drive execution and service quality
• Strong decision-making capability with experience taking day / week / month-level P&L decisions
• Proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking (mandatory)
• Language proficiency mandatory: Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Mumbai and intercity as per business needs

Description 

Overview:

The role requires you to take care of Supply and own a region and route specific P&L. You will be the person concerned and responsible for the overall performance of the project assigned. This is an individual role and asks of you to collaborate with multiple teams and drive exponential revenue growth and margins. This role requires within the city travel and frequent intercity travel.

What you will do:

● Identify new business opportunities in your region specific to Bus operations

● Research the market, Identify leads, find good quality buses and bus operators from the Bus industry

● Negotiate commercials and contractual terms to drive savings and reduce overall risk on new business

● Collaborate with internal Operations and Demand team for smooth functioning and delivering best quality

● Manage business relationships and be the POC between key internal stakeholders and external suppliers and share end-user feedback

● Drive growth through proper planning and seamless execution with the help of Operations, Demand, and Customer support

● Take Key business decisions related to P&L on day, week, and month level What we are looking for:

Duties and Responsibilities

 Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement

of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to

SLA/KPIs

 Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing

and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies

 Carrying out complex network change events.

 Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario

 Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and

deploy it on ground.

 Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents

 Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link

issues

 Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.

 Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with

OEMs or CSPs.

 Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the

customer

 Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to

the customer

 Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.
